Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original Bryte Labs packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
